Croatia Airlines operates a shuttle bus from Split Airport to the Central Bus Station in Split. The station is located on the east coast of the harbor, while ACI Marina Split is on the west coast, where the boats are docked. From the bus station, you will need to walk approximately 20 minutes to reach the marina.

Booking & Payments
Payment Methods 💳
We accept Amex, Visa, and MasterCard (both credit and debit cards).
SailingAdventure.hr does not have access to your credit card details, bank account numbers, or any other personal financial data processed by third-party payment services.
Payment Schedule 📅
- First installment (Deposit): 10% of the total amount (required at booking).
- Second installment: 40% of the total amount, due 5 weeks after booking.
- Final installment: 50% of the total amount, due 60 days before departure.
📩 Payment Reminders: We will send friendly email reminders with payment links or bank transfer instructions for easy processing.
🕒 Last-Minute Bookings: If booking is made within 60 days of the departure date, full 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Late or Missed Payments ❗
If we do not receive your payment in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled by you, in which case all previous payments will be retained as a cancellation charge.
Passenger List Requirement 📋
It is mandatory that all passengers complete the Passenger List before departure. This is a requirement set by the local Port Authority.
⏳ Deadline: The Passenger List must be fully completed at least 30 days before departure.
❌ Non-compliance: If the Passenger List is incomplete by the 30-day deadline, the booking will be canceled without the right to a refund or postponement.

This requirement applies to both spot bookings and full yacht charters.
Passenger Name Changes
🔹 Bookers can make passenger name changes for free up to 30 days before the departure date.
Local Payments 💶
Local payments are required in cash on departure day and must be paid directly to your skipper. These fees cover essential expenses such as tourist taxes, marina/port fees, fuel, and other operational costs.
💰 Fees:
- €100 per person for yachts
- €150 per person for catamarans
These local payments apply to all bookings.
Changes & Cancelations
Cancellation Policy ⏳❌
📌 Free Cancellation:
- You may cancel your booking free of charge within 48 hours of making the reservation.
- This policy does not apply if the booking is made within 60 days of departure.

If you wish to cancel a changed booking, the cancellation rules apply from the date of your initial booking.
When you confirm your holiday with us, we secure yachts, skippers, and other essential services, making financial commitments to ensure your experience.

If you are paying in installments and need to cancel, a cancellation fee will apply to cover the financial obligations we have committed to.
🔹 Cancellation fee: The total value of all instalments due up to the point of cancellation.
💡 Recommendation: We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance with cancellation coverage, available from major insurance providers.
For Full Payments at Booking 💰
If you paid the full amount at the time of booking, the cancellation fee will be the same as if you had paid by installments.

📩 Once you notify us in writing about your cancellation, we will issue a Letter of Cancellation. This document can be used to claim any losses from your travel insurance provider.

We provide groceries for breakfast and a light lunch (half-board style).

- The groceries are sufficient for breakfast and one meal per day (half-board), but you must prepare it yourself.
- You are responsible for keeping the yacht tidy and cleaning dishes after meals.

- We do not monitor how much or how often you eat.

Most shore stops have local shops and supermarkets where you can resupply if needed.
Meal Preparation & Cleaning 👩🍳🧼
You will be responsible for preparing your own meals and cleaning up afterward. But don’t worry—you’re not aloneon the yacht! Many guests choose to rotate duties among the group.

Skipper’s Responsibilities ⛵⚓
The skipper is responsible for:
- Navigating the route and ensuring a safe and smooth voyage.
- Caring for passengers and maintaining a professional, tourism-friendly attitude.
- Providing information and assistance to passengers during the trip.
- Fulfilling all legal obligations as the yacht’s master/commander.
Safety & Operational Duties
The skipper must ensure the safety of navigation, including:
✔️ Navigational planning (considering vessel characteristics, weather conditions, and forecasts).
✔️ Safe anchoring & docking.
✔️ Basic vessel maintenance while sailing.
✔️ Monitoring skipper fatigue & crew well-being.
✔️ Maintaining order on board.

✔️ Assessing other factors impacting navigation safety.
Right to Modify the Route ⚠️
For safety reasons, the skipper has the right to change the navigation route at any time if necessary.

A hiking coach:

Roles & Responsibilities
A yoga instructor:

✔️ Guides breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation practices.
✔️ Leads group classes and private sessions.
✔️ Provides verbal cues, demonstrations, and adjustments to ensure proper alignment and safe practice.

A hostess plays a key role in ensuring a clean, organized, and comfortable experience on board.
Main Responsibilities
✔️ Maintaining cleanliness & order in the interior of the yacht.
✔️ Preparing meals (breakfast & lunch) if no chef is on board.
✔️ Dinner arrangements – guests can either dine at a restaurant or pay extra for dinner preparation.
✔️ Grocery shopping (based on prior agreement).
✔️ Assisting the skipper with mooring and simple deck tasks, if needed.
✔️ Setting & serving the table, presenting meals, and maintaining a neat dining space.
✔️ Providing guest support – answering questions and offering helpful advice.
✔️ Offering insights on local customs, rules, and events, ensuring an enriching experience.
Beyond Housekeeping 🌍
In addition to maintaining order on board, the hostess is there to engage with guests, assist with any issues, and enhance your overall journey. Many hostesses are well-educated and knowledgeable about local culture, making them a valuable resource for recommendations and information.
You will need the following equipment:
- For sailing: Swimsuit, Towel, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Hat, Windbreaker, Sports shoes, Waterproof bag, ID and health card (as required per nationality)
- For hiking: Hiking shoes, Hiking pants, Shirt, Jacket, Hat, Gloves, Walking sticks, Backpack, Water bottle, Energy bars, First aid kit, ID and health card (as required per nationality)
Safety and health are ensured through the following measures:
- Pre-tour briefing: Participants receive detailed information and instructions about the tour, along with a list of required equipment and documentation.
Safety demonstrations: At the beginning of each activity, participants receive safety instructions and a demonstration from skippers and hiking guides. Professional support is available throughout the activity. - Experienced professionals: Our skippers and hiking guides are licensed and experienced, ensuring the safety of all participants.
Well-equipped boats: Our sailboats and catamarans are outfitted with navigation equipment, safety kits, and first aid kits, all of which are routinely inspected and maintained. - Comprehensive insurance: Our tour is covered by a reputable insurance company, ensuring protection against potential risks.
- Accommodation:
Accommodation is provided on a sailboat or catamaran, which accommodates 8–12 people, depending on the boat model.
On a catamaran, each cabin has a private bathroom, while sailing boats typically have 2–3 shared bathrooms for 4–5 cabins.
Common areas include the open deck, kitchen, and indoor lounge. - Food:
The tour follows a half-board meal plan, including breakfast and lunch.
Meals are prepared on board by a hostess (if booked in advance), ensuring a variety of delicious dishes made from fresh, local ingredients.
If you do not book a hostess, you will prepare your own meals and are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
Dinner is not included, allowing you to explore and enjoy local restaurants on the islands, where you can savor traditional Dalmatian cuisine.
Our tour follows eco-friendly and sustainable practices, including:
- Using renewable energy sources like wind and solar power to operate the boats and charge equipment.
- Minimizing water and fuel consumption through responsible usage.
- Collecting and recycling waste at the end of the tour.
- Ensuring no littering—all waste is taken back to the boat for proper disposal.
- Respecting nature and wildlife, ensuring no harm or interference while enjoying the natural beauty of the islands.
You can immerse yourself in local culture through:
- Visiting historical and cultural sites, including forts, cathedrals, monasteries, and museums.
- Participating in local folklore events, where ancient traditions are kept alive.
- Tasting local food and wine, such as almond desserts and goat cheese, to experience the unique flavors of the islands.
- Engaging with locals, who can share fascinating stories, legends, and insider tips about their homeland.
To participate in the tour, you will need a beginner to intermediate level of fitness, as it includes both sailing and hiking activities that require stamina and strength.
However, no previous experience or knowledge of sailing and/or hiking is necessary. We provide skilled skippers and guides to offer support.
Additionally, you can adjust the intensity and duration of the activities to suit your abilities and preferences.
On the tour, we will practice Hatha yoga, which is one of the oldest and most widespread types of yoga in the world.
Hatha yoga consists of different postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana), which aim to establish balance between the body, mind, and spirit.
Hatha yoga is suitable for all levels of experience and age, as it can be adapted to the individual needs and abilities of each practitioner.
Yoga has numerous benefits for our body and mind, such as:
• Improves our flexibility, strength, balance, and posture, which helps us feel better and healthier.
• Reduces our stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, which helps us relax and renew our energy and mood.
• Stimulates our circulation, digestion, immunity, and detoxification, which helps us cleanse our body of toxins and waste.
• Expands our awareness, concentration, creativity, and intuition, which helps us better understand ourselves and the world around us.
No previous level of experience in yoga is required to participate in the tour, as you will have the support and assistance of our certified yoga instructor, who will show you the basics and technique of yoga.
Also, you can adjust the intensity and duration of yoga according to your abilities and desires.
The following equipment is needed for yoga:
- Yoga mat, which will provide you with comfort and stability on different surfaces.
- Yoga clothes, which will allow you freedom of movement and breathability.
- Yoga accessories, such as pillows, blankets, belts, and blocks, which will make it easier for you to perform some postures and improve your flexibility and alignment.
- Water bottle, which will provide you with hydration and refreshment.
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat, which will protect you from the sun and wind.
- Before the tour, participants will receive detailed information and instructions about the tour, as well as a list of necessary equipment and documentation.
- At the beginning of each yoga session, participants will receive safety instructions and a demonstration from our yoga instructor, who will also provide them with tips and assistance during yoga.
- Our yoga instructor is an experienced and certified professional who possesses the necessary knowledge and skills to guide and rescue participants in case of accidents or danger.
- Our sailboat or catamaran is equipped with all necessary navigation and communication equipment, as well as safety and medical equipment, which is regularly checked and maintained.
- Our tour is insured by a reputable insurance company that covers all possible risks and damages that may arise during the tour.
